Paddy’s has been seeing its share of news as of late. First Paddy Long’s was featured on Chicago’s Best, then it just sort of started rolling from there. The Bacon Bomb has been talked about how in The Huffington Post, NPR, The Chicago Tribune, and now, Food Network.
