08 Jul It’s Been a Great Year. Thank You.

I’ve been working on my own for a year now, and it’s been a good year. Strike that, great. It’s a wonderful feeling to wake up and know that in many ways I get to define exactly how my day goes. And it’s thrilling every morning to check my email to see what sort of new projects may have popped up over night. (There may be a bit of cheese in here, but it’s all heartfelt and completely honest.)

Over the last year I’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of fantastic people, to learn about brand new industries and to do what I love for a living. I am grateful to have the chance to use my eclectic skills to help businesses and people about which and for whom (respectively) I care for very much.

This morning I received a very, very nice thank you email from a client, which 100% renewed exactly how lucky that I am. Gratitude from clients absolutely tickles me neon pink.
